Rojouei said: “We have planned to increase number of these countries from six to 10 only in three years. As a result of our negotiations, some students from Madagascar, Azerbaijan, and Lebanon will be added to the congregation of international students at Imam Reza International University”.
Referring to the university’s plan for promoting quality of its international students, he added: “The center is going to pay more attention to the cultural and social characteristics of applying students in addition to their total average”.
Rojouei further noted: “In the current year, 24 scholarships were given to the Iraqi deputy minister of science for introducing new motivated students”.
President of Imam Reza International University stressed: “Some memorandum of understandings and accords have been signed with important scientific centers to attract talented international students. One of these centers is an active cultural center in Afghanistan with which a special accord has been signed. If the afghan center introduces 10 students, it will receive one free scholarship. This policy is in agenda in relation to other neighboring countries as well”.
