Iran has always been home to prominent heroic figures (Pahlevans) over the history. Given the high significance of Pahlevani and zourkhaneh rituals, the Organization of Libraries, Museums and Documents of the shrine has done its utmost to safeguard parts of this rich Iranian legacy through oral history programs and keeping famous champions’ armband (Bazouband).
