The daily tartil recitation of one part ( juz’) of the Holy Qur’an is taking place throughout the fasting month of Ramadan in Imam Khomeini Portico of Imam Reza shrine. Tartil is a Qur’anic term that refers to slow, measured, and precise recitation of the Qur’an, where every word is pronounced clearly and with proper attention to pauses, rhythm, and meaning.
