Imam Reza shrine’s charity stations offer special services on the eve of Arbaeen rally

Charity stations of Imam Reza holy shrine offer services of various kinds to mournful pilgrims of Imam Hossein (AS) on the eve of Arbaeen both in Iran and Iraq.

Like previous years, Karamat Razavi Foundation is the main coordinator and flagbearer in this event and it is doing its best to offer best possible services to the large congregation of mournful pilgrims.

Special services of these days are offered both in towns en route Iran-Iraq borderline, at the zero-point borderline, and in Iraqi cities. These are all given in 35 Mukibs (also spelled Mokeb and Mukeb) in Iran and 55 such stations in Iraq.

Imam Reza shrine’s services start from east and northeastern borderlines so that both Iranian and transit pilgrims can enjoy these free of charge services.

During Arbaeen rally, 25 charity stations in Mehran, Shalamcheh, Khosravi, Chazabeh, Bashmaq, Rimdan, Dogharoun, and Mirjaveh as well as 10 stations in routes reaching borderlines will give services to pilgrims of Imam Hossein (AS) under the name and flag of Imam Reza holy shrine.

Hosting pilgrims with three meals and one snack by setting up mobile kitchens, and bakeries, providing cooling equipment, arranging facilities for resting and sleeping, and rendering medical services are among most important services provided by Karamat Razavi Foundation of Imam Reza shrine in these stations.

With respect to the fact that a large number of Pakistani people pass Iran on their way to Karbala, Imam Reza shrine has allocated five stations particularly for this group of pilgrims. These services start to begin from Mirjaveh border upon Pakistani pilgrims arrival and continue during their route in Birjand, Qaen, and Nehbandan.

Some 24 stations in Karbala, 12 stations in the road between Karbala and Najaf, three stations in Samarra, three stations in Kadhimiya, two stations in Shalamcheh, and one station in the road between Kadhimiya and Samarra are those which receive Karamat Razavi Foundations’ supports in Iraqi land.
