The ceremony which is called “al-Fajr Slow Recitation” is held every day following morning collective prayer at Imam Khomeini Grand Portico of Imam Reza holy shrine.

Mohammad Javad Panahi, Reza Golshahi, and Hashem Roghani are among national and international reciters who participate in the ceremony following by some lessons on Quranic teachings offered by Hoj. Yaghoubi, Hoj. Tavallaei, and Hoj. Davoudi.

This daily ceremony which is held by the holy shrine’s Quran Center has been planed to fulfill Vision Document of the complex and to promote knowledge and insight of both pilgrims and people of Mashhad.

The Quran Center of the holy shrine has programmed ceremonies of this kind so that the public’s way can be paved for more intimacy with Quran.
