Speaking to a group of managers from Keramat Razavi Foundation in the shrine, Hoj Ahmad Marvi said: “God has granted believers dignity, and nobody can disrespect that; physical damage might be compensated with money, but emotional damage is irreparable”.

Stressing that serving the needy have to be based on lofty human values and Islamic culture, head of Imam Reza shrine noted: “Protecting the esteem and dignity of the needy is very important in charitable acts”.

He added that acting as a servant was not only limited to the shrine because Imam Reza’s impacts were universal. “Limiting services to the shrine is an insult to the Imam”, pointed he.

He continued that Keramat Razavi Foundation has to facilitate service provision, stating: “The foundation has to facilitate public participation in social services”.

He further said that social services in the shrine have to be creative, explaining: “These services should focus on areas beyond the purview and capacity of other governmental relief organizations. Imam Reza shrine enjoys a good capacity in providing services to the underprivileged”.
