Speaking in the event, Ensieh Khaz'ali, an Iranian politician and Vice President for Women and Family Affairs of the President of Iran in the 13th government, said: “Women play a pivotal role in elucidating Hazrat Fatima’s civilizational mindset”.

“The summit is aimed at clarifying the characteristics of civilizing women, establishing an active international network based on capacities of Imam Reza shrine, paving the interaction way with international women’s organization, and elucidating women’s position vis-à-vis resistance and justice”, stated Gholampour, executive secretary of the summit.

She added that the summit was held under the aegis of the Deputy Office for International Affairs in collaboration with other international organizations.

“The event will be going on for two days with some 120 foreign guests from 10 countries such as England, Australia, Bahrain, Pakistan, etc. in attendance”, continued she.
