The cleaning section is responsible for providing regulated cleaning services such as cleaning, dusting, and washing of all courtyards, porticos, toilets, cemeteries, parking lots, and roofs of the complex.

This section takes advantage of around 30 automated machines for washing floors; shade tents installed in the shrine and even pigeons of the shrine are receiving this section’s services, as well.

The hygiene section offers its services in two separate areas of hygiene and perfume. This section at the Office for Public Services runs regulated hygienic inspection from different places of the shrine including toilets, some offices, banquet hall, and servants’ sanatorium. Measures such as disinfection and spraying in the holy shrine are also carried out by this section.

Around 135 perfume spraying devices have been fixed on air conditioning systems of the shrine by the hygiene section making atmosphere of the shrine more pleasant for the pilgrims.

Also, thanks to endeavors conducted by the Office for Public Services, all the necessary arrangements are made for provision and distribution of consumable and welfare items needed by pilgrims. Supplying disposable glasses, liquid soap, and prayer stones throughout the year especially on special occasions are among other services of the Office.
