On 19th, 21st and 23rd nights of fasting month of Ramadan (falling on 30 march, 1 and 3 April this year), Imam Reza shrine hosted non-Iranian pilgrims in Ghadir and Dar al-Rahmah porticos, where some 800 Urdu and 2,000 Arab pilgrims from five countries (Pakistan, India, Bangladesh, Iraq and Lebanon) gathered.

The Shia Muslims, who frequently visit Imam Reza shrine, particularly during the month of Ramadan, have collectively prayed for the liberation of Gaza this year.

Speaking in the ceremony, Ayat Sheikh Heidari denounced the Israeli genocide of Gaza and drew attention to the high significance of Velayat Faqih for the Axis of Resistance.

“Liberation of al-Quds was one of the aspirations of the late Imam Khomeini, which God willing, will be realized by the liberation of Gaza”, added he.

He concluded his remarks by urging the Muslims of Iran, Iraq, Syria and Lebanon to unite for the liberation of Gaza.
