MIU Board members paya visit to Razavi Higher School of Jurisprudence

Some members from Board of Trustees of Al-Mustafa International University (MIU) (Lebanon Branch) have paid a visit to Imam Reza shrine and Razavi Higher School of Jurisprudence in the northeastern Iranian city of Mashhad.

Speaking in the meeting, Hoj Seyyed Hassan Vahdati Shobeiri, head of Razavi Higher School of Jurisprudence, said it was aimed at exchanging views about and discussing legal unity of the Islamic world.

“A part of our cooperation will concern the unity of Muslim scholars to create synergy among them regarding world issues, particularly Palestine, the primary issue of the Muslim world”, he added.

He continued that freedom-seekers should unite to form a new world order.

Hoj Vahdati Shobeiri stressed that the city of Mashhad would be an appropriate hub for the Muslim world because of Imam Reza shrine.

He concluded his remarks by pointing to readiness of the Board of Trustees of the Lebanese Al-Mustafa International University, noting: “They welcomed the idea of closer cooperation, expressing readiness to start this scientific move from Beirut so that it could gradually spread to other parts of the Islamic world and bring together scholars from various institutes, research centers and universities”.
