Malek Natl. Museum and Library holds workshops for children

As the biggest Imam Reza holy shrine’s cultural endowment in Iran’s capital, Malek National Museum and Library is active in the field of religious education of children.

Speaking on the occasion of Children’s Week, Mohammad Norouzi, an expert in Malek National Museum and Library said: “Malek National Museum and Library has always paid special attention to children while pursuing its goals in the area of Islamic and Iranian culture as well as history”.
Norouzi added: “Implementation of various programs such as storytelling, games and dramas with the aim of providing informal education to children during family visits and school visits of this age group is very effective in their religious education. Taking this into account, the museum has held some attractive programs to get children familiar with religious concepts and conducts of Infallible Imams (AS)”.
Norouzi further noted: “The special tour of Storytelling by Imam Reza (AS) with an interesting historical and spiritual narration is one of the latest programs related to the religious education of children in this cultural complex”.
Malek National Museum and Library was endowed to Imam Reza holy shrine by Haj Hossein Malek in 1937 and it is now one of the most attractive tourist hubs in Tehran.
