The ceremony, which was held in Tehran’s Summit Hall on October 20, had Iranian President, Dr. Masoud Pezeshkian, the Minister of Industry, Mine, and Trade, Seyyed Mohammad Atabak, and a number of managers and economic activists in attendance.
Dr. Mohsen Mehvar, the CEO of Razavi Hospital received the award, i.e. a trophy and a certificate of appreciation. The certificate, signed by the president, emphasizes the importance of non-oil exports as a crucial economic pillar and the role of dedicated individuals in achieving a bright future for Iran.
The award also acknowledged the relentless efforts of all those involved in the field of export and foreign trade, celebrating their success in earning the title of ' National Award for Export Excellence of the Year 1403 (2024-2025)'.
The selection process for the national award began months ago in the National Selection Committee, comprising government representatives and various chambers of commerce. The committee evaluated criteria for registration in three groups: goods, services, and technology.
Overall, the ceremony honored four companies recognized eight times as top exporters, three outstanding companies that had been recognized five times, and 48 national exemplary companies.
Razavi Hospital, as a top-tier health facility with various diagnostic and treatment departments and a skilled staff of renowned professors and specialists, was evaluated in the services group.
Notably, the hospital has established its position in the health tourism industry, having attracted the most health tourists to the country in 2023 and received the export incentive award in health tourism.
Razavi Super-Specialty Hospital, in the northeastern Iranian city of Mashhad, has been recognized for the second consecutive year as the winner of National Award for Export Excellence in Health Tourism in the 28th National Export Day ceremony to be the only medical facility in the country to receive the award so far.
