Holy shrine’s IRF translates, publishes new book on Islamic charity

Imam Reza holy shrine’s Islamic Research Foundation has published a new book in French language titled “Islamic Charity Work; from Theory to Practice”.

The new book was originally written in Arabic by salient Kuwaiti author, Isa Ashkanani.
Ashkanani has got many experiences in charity and philanthropy work in various countries such as Iran, Iraq, India, Yemen, Persian Gulf states and some African countries. He has provided the reader with his experiences of Islamic charity and pious works as well as positive effects of these moves on strengthening social bonds of the society.
The book talks about methods of doing good work and charities; it also teaches methods of doing charity works from viewpoints of verses and traditions for individuals, groups and institutions.
This French translation has been published in 500 copies; Farsi and English translations have already been published. Publication of the Turkish version of the same work is also around the corner.
It is worth mentioning that Ashkanani has been active in different countries especially in Africa and he has had significant services in the fields of infrastructure, mosque construction, and entrepreneurship in more than 15 countries. This cultural and religious activist has been able to bring hundreds of families from poverty to good entrepreneurial incomes.
