Razavi Hospital participates ECO summit exhibition

Razavi Super Specialty Hospital participated in the exhibition section of the 28th ECO summit in Mashhad (northeast Iran) to showcase its capabilities and services in health tourism.

The 28th ECO summit is being held over two days, December 2 and 3 at Ghasr Al-Diafah Hotel in Mashhad, with an exhibition of Khorasan's achievements on the sidelines.
As a national model exporter in health tourism and a supporter of the ECO exhibition, Razavi Hospital uses the opportunity to engage with ECO member countries and introduce them to the capacities of the health facility affiliated with Astan Quds Razavi (AQR), aiming to further develop its health tourism in the region.
Dr. Mohsen Mahvar, the CEO of Razavi Hospital, along with a group of managers and officials from the health center, attended the hospital's booth at the ECO exhibition to discuss and exchange views with distinguished guests present at the summit.
The ECO organization has 7 official members and 3 observers, including Iran, Turkey, Pakistan, Afghanistan, Turkmenistan, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Azerbaijan, and Tajikistan, holding a significant geopolitical position in the region.
The organization serves as a bridge between East Asia (China, Japan, India) and the West, offering the most economical and fastest routes for trade and transportation.
It is also an international and trans-regional organization linking Southwest Asia to the Caucasus, Central Asia, and South Asia.
Since the beginning of 2024, the Islamic Republic of Iran has chaired the ECO Council of Ministers, hosting numerous meetings at various levels, culminating in the foreign ministers' summit in Mashhad (December 1). The presidency will transfer to Kazakhstan from the beginning of next year.
Iran's trade volume with ECO members is $20 billion annually, with one of the main goals being the expansion of intra-regional trade.
The ECO has established institutions in various fields, including trade, energy, minerals, environment, agriculture, industry, tourism, sustainable development, insurance, and shipping.
