Imam Reza shrine’s servants visit graves of martyrs in Dahieh, Saida

Servants from Imam Reza shrine in the northeastern Iranian city of Mashhad visited Lebanon and paid their respects at the graves of martyrs in Dahieh, southern Beirut, and Saida.

According to Mohsen Houshmand, the Head of the Communication and Media Center at Astan Quds Razavi (AQR): "Along with a group of servants from Imam Reza shrine, we visited Saida, one of the southern cities of Lebanon, and Hazrat Zahra complex, one of the cultural and social complexes affiliated with Hezbollah".
"This complex was founded by Martyr Afif Nabulsi, and the tomb of this martyr is located next to his son's tomb, Martyr Mohammad Afif, who was recently martyred in an Israeli airstrike", he added.
Houshmand continued that the visit included various programs such as visiting the tombs of Sheikh Afif and his son.
A sacred green flag of Imam Reza shrine was also granted to decorate the graves.
The visiting delegation from Imam Reza shrine also paid a visit to martyrs’ graves in the southern district of Beirut, Dahieh.
"After the ceasefire and the victory of Hezbollah, we witnessed the return of many Lebanese to their homes, who had left due to the Israeli atrocities. We saw firsthand the good spirits and feelings of victory and resilience among the people of Lebanon", Houshmand stated.
Further in their visit, Houshmand pointed to the painting titled ‘The Flag Does Not Fall’ created by Mohammad Reza Miri, one of the artists serving at Imam Reza shrine.
The painting was displayed in Martyrs' Square Dahieh and was well-received by the public. It was part of the special programs of shrine’s servants under the campaign dubbed ‘Lebanon under the protection of the Gracious Imam’.
