Under the auspices of the Deputy Office for Non-Iranian Pilgrims’ Affairs, a 33-year-old German woman, previously a devout Catholic, chose Islam with eyes full of joy and a heart brimming with certainty.
During a ceremony held at the illuminated Imam Reza shrine, she recited the Shahada (the Islamic declaration of faith and one of the Five Pillars of Islam) with a surrendered heart and a clear voice, officially embracing Islam.
The new Muslim woman accepted Islam with a sincere reception of the teachings of Ahl al-Bayt and the Holy Quran.
The ceremony, held in the blessed month of Rajab (the 7th month on the lunar calendar), symbolizes the boundless mercy of God and His endless guidance. It is a manifestation that the light of faith transcends borders and languages, drawing eager hearts towards itself.
