From Mashhad to the world, the voice of Razavi discourse in global congress

The 3rd preliminary meeting of Imam Reza International Congress was revived after three decades to spread the message of Imam Reza’s justice and dignity from Mashhad to the world, said the secretary of the meeting.

Speaking at the 3rd preliminary session titled “Criticism of Secular Human Rights and the Need for Attention to Razavi Teachings in the Present Age”, which was held at Melal Hall of Imam Reza shrine on January 30, Zohreh Kharazmi, the secretary of the third specialized preliminary session of the congress, stated: “The Imam Reza International Congress was established three decades ago at Astan Quds Razavi and registered as an important scientific and religious event.”
Kharazmi added: “According to existing documents, the main idea of the book ‘250-Year-Old Human’ by the Leader of the Islamic Revolution was presented in these congresses, which hold a special place in the intellectual and scientific system of AQR.”
She further mentioned, “Ayat. Marvi, the custodian of Astan Quds Razavi, who emphasized scientific discourse of Imam Reza , revived this congress”.
“With Dr. Saeed Reza Ameli, an academic and international figure, the congress went beyond theological topics and included contemporary social and political issues”, she continued.
In these congresses, the civilizational teachings of Imam Reza, focusing on ‘justice for all, oppression to none,’ were reviewed.
In the sixth round of the congress, scheduled for May 2026, the topics of rights and dignity from the perspective of Ahl al-Bayt, with an emphasis on Imam Reza’s teachings and conduct, will be addressed.
Kharazmi went on to say: “Justice and human dignity, especially in light of recent developments and the Zionist regime’s war in Gaza, have become a serious priority in the congress”.
So far, some 17 international preliminary sessions and 33 scientific pre-sessions have been held, from which the best articles have been selected for the two main days of the congress.
She concluded her remarks by saying, “The third international pre-session of the sixth round of the congress was held at Melal Hall of the shrine with seminary students and medical science students from various countries in attendance”.
