Noting that main approach of all these programs are promotion of spirituality and promoting the culture of Quran as Ahl al-Bayt (AS), Khorakian said: “The complex holds 8 Tarteel recitations of holy Quran every day. Some of these programs have specifically been designed for children and adolescences. Also, in some courtyards of the shrine the whole text of the Quran is covered every three days”.    
He stated: “Interpretive sessions of the holy Quran will also be held having prominent scholars in attendance. Cultural meetings under the title of "Near Victory" are also held every night”.
Elsewhere in his remarks, senior director of the holy shrine referred to some other programs and services of the holy shrine during these days, saying: “Defining programs for residing teenagers inside the shrine in one-day stays, holding ceremonies for those who observe fasting and religious obligations for the first time, holding special programs commemorating mothers of martyrs, arranging programs for non-Iranian pilgrims, serving fasting pilgrims with Iftar meals during Ramadan, designing special programs for Qadr nights and first day of Nowrouz, creating spiritual atmospheres and giving services to the public, and finally making 9800 Razavi servants ready for providing services to the arriving pilgrims are some of the most important programs designed by Astan Quds Razavi”.
Dispatching missionaries for educating people on family-related topics during Ramadan is another important program run by Astan Quds Razavi. This plan aims to explain and teach topics related to population, family, and childbearing in Mashhad and other provincial centers of the country.
Also, multiple Quranic programs have been arranged for children and adolescents during Ramadan. With the aim of spreading Quranic culture among children and adolescents during this blessed month, various Quranic sessions and gatherings will be held with the enthusiastic participation of children and adolescents.
It is worth mentioning that Imam Reza shrine, as in previous years, will host prayer and recitation ceremonies in all 30 nights of Ramadan performed by well-known national panegyrists.
