AQR’s Custodian praises Mashhad students, global Olympiad medalists

Ayat. Ahmad Marvi, the Custodian of Astan Quds Razavi (AQR), congratulated three students from Mashhad for winning medals in the 2025 international science Olympiads, calling their success a source of national pride and a testament to Iran’s scientific potential.

Ayat. Marvi personally called the three distinguished students from Mashhad to commend their achievements in the 2025 international Olympiads.

Ali Akbar Nourollahi earned a gold medal in the International Biology Olympiad held in the Philippines, while Mohammadreza Attaranzadeh and Mohammadsajjad Memari received silver medals in the International Mathematics Olympiad hosted by Australia.

In his calls, Ayat. Marvi described their accomplishments as a reflection of Iran’s exceptional talent and intellectual capacity.

“Such achievements not only bring honor to the country but also demonstrate the global competitiveness of Iranian youth in scientific fields”, the Custodian emphasized.

He pointed to the vital role of families and educators in nurturing these talents. “Every individual possesses unique potential, but realizing it requires the support of a caring family and a strong educational environment”.

Ayat. Marvi praised the students’ dedication and perseverance, stating that they are not only the assets of today’s Iran but also the architects of its future.

“I am confident that a generation of knowledgeable, self-assured, and responsible youth will lead the country toward progress and power”, the top official pointed out.

He concluded by saying that the success of these students is a promising sign of Iran’s bright future and a reminder of the importance of investing in education and youth development.
