The ceremony was started with some verses of Holy Quran, followed by the KHS Speech which was delivered by Eng. Saad M. Hasan, the Deputy Secretary General, who said,
“Stemming from our responsibility towards the holy book of Allah as it “guides to what is most upright and gives glad tidings to the believers”, and through the Holy Quran Centre, KHS Secretariat General has dedicated all its efforts towards creating an adequate environment for teaching the Holy Quran and promoting Quranic culture among all segments of society, men and women, boys and girls to ensure that these courses encompass all age groups.”

There was a speech also by Ammar AL-Musawi, the Head of Holy Quran Centre who said, “by the grace of Allah and the blessings of Imamain Kadhimain (AS), we are pleased to announce the graduation of the third group of specialized Quranic courses, where the number of participants from males and females has reached (160) students.”

Al-Musawi also pointed out that these courses included teaching the rules of recitation in an accurate manner, the accurate reading of the words of the Holy Quran, Tafseer and sciences of Holy Quran, and the ways of intonation.

The Ceremony witnessed other activities including a poem entitled (Salvation Key) which was recited by Al-Jawadain Chant Band, displaying a documentary film about the Holy Quran Center activities, and was concluded by awarding the teaching staff and the students with certificates of merits and some gifts from the blessings of Imamain Kadhimain (AS).
