Goharshd Mosque in Imam Reza shrine is one of the richest and most magnificent architectural works, which is a collection of various artistic manifestations such as inscription, tilework, and Muqarnas (a form of ornamented vaulting in Islamic architecture). Restoration projects on this monument over the years have resulted in many famous Persian calligraphers’ works appearing here and there in this mosque.
