The Department of the caring for the holy sanctuary at the Al-Abbas's(p) holy shrine has started spreading manifestations of joy and wreaths of roses in the shrine of Aba al-Fadl al-Abbas (peace be upon him), on the birth anniversary of Lady Fatima az-Zahra (peace be upon her).
