Deputy Office for International Pilgrims Affairs has opened ‘Sanctuary of Velayat’ cultural and artistic exhibition on the occasion of Hazrat Masoumeh’s birth anniversary, which coincides with Karamat ten-day celebrations in Imam Reza shrine, in the northeastern Iranian city of Mashhad.
