Fadhel Abu Dakka, the head of the department, said in an interview, "The department has completed its security and service preparations to provide the best services for the pilgrims of Imam Hussain (PBUH) in order to let them perform the (Arafah Ziyarah) ceremonies with comfort and peace, noting that the department has equipped the city with modern equipment, especially in Bayn al-Haramain area, and lady Zainab courtyard."

He added, "The department is currently preparing places for hosting the pilgrims, included with all amenities to perform worship ceremonies peacefully."
