Hossein Saeedi said: “Behnashr has published many different books for teenagers and kids since 1997. Some of these works have been put into public display in various exhibitions”.
He said: “Around 64 books have been translated for kids, teenagers, and adults in different languages including Chinese, Turkish, Arabic, German, Malayei, and English after the year 2016”.
Saeedi also said: “10-volume collection of “Our Story became Proverb” is a best seller of the publication which has been translated in Turkish and Chinese languages. The collection contains 220 Iranian tales and proverbs which offers its contents for children and teenagers in plain terms”.
CEO of Behnashr publication further noted: “The publication has had different book translations in Arabi. “My Strange Moon”, “Stories of Hananeh”, “Perfume of Flower”, “A Beautiful Picture”, “A Doll with Blond Hair”, “Party Clothes” are some these popular books translated in English”.
Saeedi also mentioned: “Behnashr has also published a collection by Claire Joubert, a French writer, involving eight imaginary stories each of which depicts lying, backbiting, trustworthiness, honesty, peace, and inspection based on verses of holy Quran. The name of this collection is “An Imagery Story with a Quranic Concept”. This collection was translated by Mohsen Rezvani in Arabic, Milad Salmani in Turkish, and Institute of Imam Ali Mosque of Oslo in German”.
Behnashr Publications’ CEO further noted: “Many different works of Claire Joubert and other salient writers have also been translated into English by Fatima Savadgar. Some of these works are “Three Points of Moms”, “Dinner of Aunt Centipede”, and “The Sixth Rule”.
Referring to the need of Malaysian Society for proper Islamic contents, he stated: “Some works were published in collaboration with Al-Amin Publishing Center. Some of these books are "Sun Ice Cream", "I saw the Grand Mother in the Moon", "I Am Found", "Ms. Monster goes to Wedding Ceremony", and “The Bike and the Bird” which have been translated in Malay and by Reza Rastgar Moghadam and Mohammad Yazdani, and Mahya Gholampour”.
