Iranian children show solidarity with Palestinian, Lebanese children

Iranian children have shown their solidarity with children of Palestine and Lebanese children in a symbolic and emotional ceremony held at Imam Reza shrine’s Quds Courtyard.

The ceremony was programmed and held by holy shrine’s Deputy Office for Islamic Ideology Dissemination, Astan Quds Razavi Mahd al-Reza (Kindergarten), general office of education, and Imam Reza schools. Making children familiar with the misery of Palestinian and Lebanese children and conveying message of peace and resistance were goals behind this symbolic ceremony.
It was not only a cultural event but also a deep and humane movement to express sympathy and solidarity with children living in crisis-stricken areas.
Various games and artistic activities gave the ceremony a fresh and energetic spirit providing participants with a meaningful atmosphere.
As a symbol of solidarity between children of Iran and Palestine, this event reminded the world that resistance and standing up against oppression is passed from one generation to another and every generation can build a better world by resorting to love and friendship.
