Ostad Agha said: “Following heinous attacks of the Zionist regime against southern Lebanon, return flights of the Lebanese pilgrims were canceled; rendering various services of the holy shrine for this group of pilgrims kicked off by direct order of Hoj. Ahmad Marvi, the shrine’s custodian”.
The official went on to say: “Around 200 Lebanese pilgrims are now receiving services in a hostel belonging to Imam Reza holy shrine in Mashhad. These pilgrims consider themselves as guests of the eighth Imam (AS) and they want to reside in the vicinity of the holy shrine so long as they are in this situation”.
CEO of Karamat Razavi Foundation further stressed: “Affiliations of Imam Reza holy shrine and benefactors have also sent over 10 tons of pharmaceutical products for Beirut hospitals. Physicians of Razavi Hospital who are fluent in Arabic will be deployed to Lebanese cities in the near future”.
Ostad Agha went on to say: “We also took measures to support Lebanese refugees in Syria. Through a cooperation with representative of Ayatollah Khamenei in Syria, a kitchen was set up in the vicinity of Hazrat Zeinab holy shrine to offer services to pilgrims and immigrants who arrive there for three days. They are provided with food, clothing, hot meal and other necessities”.
According to him, when Lebanese immigrants heard that these aids come from Imam Reza shrine, they expressed their devotion to the eighth Imam (AS) with special enthusiasm. “Since early days of Israeli genocidal war in the region, Karamat Razavi Foundation invited all Muslims and compatriots to send their cash donations to the honorable people of Lebanon through this holy shrine. For this purpose, we requested our compatriots to deposit their cash donations to card number of 6063737004953475 and IBAN (Shaba) number of IR16140600363401107270424008”.
Elsewhere in his remarks, Ostad Agha referred to foundation’s services inside the country, saying: “Around 160 thousand servants of Imam Reza holy shrine provide various services across the country including running campaigns for releasing prisoners with non-cash crimes”.
He also said: “We addressed the issue of water crisis and supplying drinking water for 250 villages in Sistan and Baluchistan out of which 211 villages have been completed and 40 more villages are on the agenda”.
In accordance to Ayatollah Khamenei’s order for helping people of Lebanon in their fight against the Zionist regime, Imam Reza holy shrine’s Karamat Razavi Foundation has taken lots of measures to support the people of Lebanon, said Mohammad Hossein Ostad Agha, CEO of the foundation in a live TV show on IRIB.
