In a recent gathering at Imam Reza shrine (northeast Iran), Ayat. Marvi emphasized on national unity and Jihad of Elucidation as crucial to countering enemy divisiveness.
Speaking at an event titled ‘Clear Path of the Revolution and Resistance’, AQR’s custodian extended congratulations on the birth anniversary of Hazrat Fatima (Prophet Muhammad’s daughter) and that of Imam Khomeini.
He stated: “Current issues naturally raise sensitivities and questions among people”.
Highlighting the importance of collective responsibility in the Jihad of Elucidation, he stressed, “It should not solely fall on the leadership; however, the Leader of the Islamic Revolution has continuously emphasized on active enlightenment in confronting daily challenges, especially against enemy propaganda”.
Ayat. Marvi pointed to the enemy’s use of cyberspace to create despair among people and underlined the critical role of spreading hope and highlighting successes to thwart these divisive efforts.
Highlighting Hazrat Fatima’s life as a model for Jihad of Elucidation, the top official noted, “She was a fervent defender of the truth and leadership”.
He also addressed the necessity of answering questions about Iran’s advisory presence in Syria and Iraq, citing enhanced regional security against Daesh. “The significant role of resistance in defeating Daesh and protecting holy shrines was undeniable, illustrating the real threat posed by the terrorist group”.
Marvi stressed the essential role of Muslim unity in facing Zionism, referencing Hezbollah’s resistance against Israel’s attempts to occupy southern Lebanon. “The steadfastness of Hezbollah even in potential losses portrayed Israel’s forced ceasefire acceptance as a result of resilient resistance”.
Ayat. Marvi further underscored the importance of proper prioritization, avoiding unnecessary issues, and fostering public trust in leadership through transparency.
Highlighting the necessity of national unity and resilience against despair, he concluded: “The main challenge is understanding and addressing today’s needs against ruthless adversaries”.
