Emphasizing consideration of goals and policies communicated by Astan Quds Razavi, Ayatollah Marvi in his decree asked the newly appointed chancellor to fulfil the following:
Designing a three-year plan for development and transformation of the university especially in the areas of promoting religious culture, education, research, and focusing on attracting talents, facilitating presence of non-Iranian students, creating fields of study needed by Astan Quds Razavi and providing scientific support to cultural and publishing centers, utilizing existing scientific capacities of Iranian universities, especially scientific centers in Khorasan Razavi province, and finally utilizing scientific and research capacity of academic servants.
Dr. Ebrahim Daneshifar is a faculty member at Imam Reza International University. His managerial and executive background includes serving as director of Information Technology Center of Astan Quds Razavi and deputy chancellor for research and technology, membership in the board of directors of Razavi Information and Communication Technology and Razavi Advanced Industries companies, membership in specialized technology committee of the Information and Communication Technology Development Center of Khorasan Razavi Science and Technology Park, etc.
The decree wraps up appreciating efforts and achievements of former chancellor Prof. Morteza Rojouei.
