During the visit, Iranian president engaged in cultural and publishing discussions with publishers.
Seyyed Abbas Salehi, Minister of Culture, Mohsen Javadi, Deputy Minister of Culture and executive manager of the book fair, Ebrahim Heydari, the spokesperson of the 36th Tehran Intl. Book Fair, and Mahdi Esmaeilirad, Deputy for Publishers Affairs, were present and accompanied the president during his visit to different sections of the exhibition.
The 36th Tehran International Book Fair was held with the slogan of "Let's Read for Iran" from May 7 to May 17, 2025, at Imam Khomeini Grand Mosalla.
Also, in addition to this conventional book fair, the virtual section of the exhibition was available on www.book.icfi.ir and provided a chance for virtual book purchases for those interested.
