The team is expected to examine legal status of endowments and intent of the endowers, optimize deeds, provide necessary guidance in collecting and preparing endowment deeds, preparing, organizing, and documenting deeds, and to provide necessary solutions in compiling reports and endowment attachments for fulfillment of endowment rights.
During this trip, several specialized meetings were held with the aim of improving management procedures and increasing productivity in the field of endowments as well. 
During these meetings, representatives of Astan Quds Razavi were informed about executive process of identifying and researching endowment deeds of the holy shrine of Hazrat Abdolazim (AS).
AQR delegation also became aware of work flow by visiting and holding specialized meetings with members of the working group in various sections such as the library, museum, endowments, working group secretariat, and legal section.
