Imam Reza shrine in the northeastern Iranian city of Mashhad has been shrouded in black flags to mourn the martyrdom of President Raeisi and his entourage in a chopper crash in Northwest Iran on Sunday May 30.
The Custodian of Imam Reza shrine has said that President Raeisi’s martyrdom was a gift to him for years of tireless services to the holy shrine.
