“The public discontent and the recent incidents, and rejecting Islam are due to our failure in introducing true Islam and the affection of Prophet Muhammad’s Infallible Household to the public”, said Zohreh Mohammadi A’zam on the sidelines of the international gathering of Shia Pulpits.

“Hazrat Ali Asghar World Assembly has been active for the past ۲۰ years. It was initially concerned with our own families and relatives, and thank God, has progressed into a global organization active in ۴۵ countries”, said she.

She stressed that the events were purely run and backed by people and no governmental source and institute was behind the initiative.

The member of Hazrat Ali Asghar World Assembly added that Hazrat Maryam’s mother prayed for her child to become the servant of God’s house; therefore, “God bestowed that upon her and blessed her to be the mother of Jesus, and her name became eternal in the Holy Quran”.

Mohammadi stated that the assembly had been established in the hope of introducing Imam Hussein (۳rd Shia Imam) to the world, noting that “Imam Mahdi (۱۲th Shia Imam) will introduce himself as the child of Imam Hussein when he reappears”.

She emphasized that “if the world knows about the cruelty against Hazrat Ali Asghar during the battle of Karbala, which resulted in his martyrdom in infancy, they will spontaneously investigate Imam Hussein’s personality and welcome his child’s return”.

Touching upon the achievements of the assembly, she continued that the events were underway in ۴۵ countries and ۷۵۰۰ regions of Iran with immense publicity. “The fact that Sorbonne University became so riled up that they attempted to stop the events in Paris bears witness to their efficiency”.
