“Not so long ago, there used to be fewer than 10 types of services in the shrine, but today, there are some 58 different services with over 100,000 servants providing them to the pilgrims”, said Mostafa Feizi, the chief director of the shrine.
He continued that fulfilling the task required precise planning, which materialized “with Imam Reza’s blessings and our colleagues’ hard work”.
Feizi added that there is equal to an eight-month-long period of special occasions in the shrine such as during Nowrouz holidays (Iranian New Year), 10 Days of Keramat, and the closing 10 days of the month of Safar (2nd month on lunar calendar), which sees the peak of service provision in Imam Reza shrine, in northeastern Iranian city of Mashhad.
The chief director also condemned the recent atrocities by the Israeli regime against the Gaza Strip, asserting: “Today, we’re witnessing the most egregious crime in human history at the hands of the Great Satan and its allies. Unfortunately, the West, is looking the other way while claiming to be the champion of human rights”.
“Thank God, the resistance front is so formidable that doesn’t need direct arms support anymore; their glorious move is inspired by the Islamic Revolution”, added Feizi.
He concluded that, with the grace of God, victory awaits the resistance front against the occupying Israeli forces.
