Saying that Imam Reza International Congress has been formed to direct intellectuals toward theorizing, Hoj. Jallaeian said: “To reach modern Islamic civilization, we have to move toward religious literature and rereading of Razavi teachings and thoughts”.

He also stated: “The fifth round of Imam Reza International Congress has been arranged having “Justice for All; Oppression for No One” as its main axis. If teachings of Imam Reza (AS) are examined again, no oppression and no justice will happen in a way that justice will be expanded within the society like a network”. 

Hoj. Jallaeian further noted: “We are going to produce thoughts and theories by holding this congress. Following production of these two, we will implement the final science in governance practice so that civilization is made”.

Expressing that the fifth round of the congress will be held around April 2024, secretary of the national section of the congress concluded his remarks and mentioned: “We have traditions from the infallible Imams (AS) which can be a platform for the architecture of modern Islamic civilization. So, they should be changed into rereads and theories so that they can be implemented in the field and become government and society”
