In a meeting with Ebrahim Daneshifar, interim head of Imam Reza International University, Khorakian said: “The exalted position of Ahl al-Bayt teachings requires their dissemination across the world in a research-based, structured, and international manner”.
He added: “When the teachings of Ahl al-Bayt (AS) are presented in the form of academic research and scientific studies, they gain double credibility and standing among researchers and thinkers worldwide. Furthermore, the scientific and structured presentation of these teachings makes them more understandable and accessible to students, researchers, and the public”.
General director of the holy shrine added: “It is necessary for these truths to reach everyone on an international scale because dialogue with the world must be conducted in common language of science and logic”
“It is necessary to invite world thinkers to this heavenly place to give them access to endless source of knowledge attributed to the Prophet (pbuh) and his progeny and the Ahl al-Bayt, Khorakian stated, adding “This mission has been entrusted to the scientific centers affiliated with Astan Quds Razavi, especially Imam Reza International University.
Stating that peace is the lost treasure of the present age, the AQR official said: “Many people feel that peace has left their lives and social pressures have made it difficult to achieve peace in today’s world. This belief has led to emergence of new spiritualities”. 
Referring to tireless service of over 80 thousand servants in the shrine, he added: “We are trying to change the service-oriented approach to an education-oriented one. We will, in cooperation with Imam Reza International University, hold structured and practical training courses for servants so that they can be evaluated while participating in in-person and virtual courses. Imam Reza university can be a bridge between the holy shrine and universities across the country.”
Speaking next, Dr. Daneshifar, interim president of IRIU, described holy shrine as a center of peace and a source of spiritual, material, and scientific blessings. “Explaining teachings of Ahl al-Bayt (AS) in a scientific language leads to their understanding and acceptance by a wide range of audiences especially youth and academics”.
He added: “Promoting Razavi teachings is the research duty of all scientific centers affiliated with Astan Quds Razavi”.
Pointing to successful organization of four rounds of International Congress of Imam Reza (AS) and Modern Sciences he assured that the coming rounds of the congress will be held with a focus on contemporary sciences and meeting the demands of the scientific centers affiliated to Astan Quds Razavi.
